Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu 1350m/4600ft
Upon arrival in Kathmandu, Everest Six-Summit Adventures will welcome you at the Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) and accompany you to your hotel. There will be time to rest and take in this vibrant city’s energy before meeting your trekking guide and having a briefing about the days to come.
Day 02:Kathmandu: Sightseeing and preparation for trek
The day will start with a guided tour of Kathmandu’s historical and spiritual attractions including the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupati Nath, the famous ‘Monkey Temple’ (Swayambunath), and Buddha Nath, one of the largest Stupas in the world. If you wish then we can arrange Kathmandu sightseeing after the trek as you desire.
Day 03:Flight to Rumjatar 30 min and continue drive to Dhap 3000m  (2 hours)
Today we will have early morning flight to Rumjatar after breakfast and then we will drive to Dhap. On the way we will stop for lunch near Okhaldhunga district headquarter. After that we will continue to Dhap from where we can view mountains. Overnight at Dhap.
Day 04:Trek to Damar (2700m), overnight at camp (Damar village is small Sherpa village.) (6-7 hours)
This morning we visit the Jhapre Monastery with a nice view of the Himalayas. We will then visit the very rural Nalidhada Village to see a Private Monastery and the village school. There the local people and the students will be excited to see Western people. After we continue to trek via Ragel Sherpa Village to Damar. Damar, home village of Everest Six-Summits Owner Mingmar Sherpa, is located in remote area surrounded by oak and pine forest and rolling mountains. There are 8 Sherpa households in Damar. The people farm in terraces and have animals including nak and goats. They will welcome the trekkers warmly. This is a good time to learn about Sherpa culture, try local food and drink, song and dance, and enjoy the lower Solu Khumbu countryside.
Day 05:Trek to Lhamuje 3500m/11482ft via Tolu Monastery 3372m/11062ft (4-5hours)
Today, after hiking up the hills northwest of Damar, we will visit one of the oldest Monasteries of Nepal, “Tolu Monastery.” Then we will continue to Lhamuje, a site also known as “Yak Pasture” where people bring animals to graze in the summertime. Here there is an old stupa and great views of the mountains to the northeast.
Day 06:Trek to Pikey Base Camp 3640m/11942ft (4-5hours)
Today we walk through big forests with pine trees, rhododendron, and juniper. At certain points the path opens into a landscape of rolling hills.  Just before base camp we will pass a very long prayer wall with views stretching east and west, even to the Annapurna area on a clear day. Here, you can see yaks grazing and get a chance to drink fresh and tasty yak milk. Overnight we stay at base camp near Yak Dairy.
Day 07:Climb to PIKEY PEAK 4065m/13336ft early morning for sunrise view.  Continue Trek to Junbesi 2700m/8858ft
This day we climb the peak. While climbing Pikey, we can enjoy the view of sunrise over the Himalayas. From the top of Pikey we will see many mountains from third highest in the world Mt. Kanchenjunga in the east to Mt. Makalu, Lhotse, Mt. Everest, Numbur Himal, Gauri Shankar, the Langtang Range, and even Manaslu and Annapurna. After climbing the peak, we descend down to Jasmane Bhanjyang for lunch then continue into the Junbesi Valley through the rhododendrons, pine trees, many other plants. We will pass Tactor where we meet the old route to Everest and a Monastary before rounding the bend in Junbesi.
Day 08:Trek to Phaplu 4hrs.
After a leisurely breakfast we make the easy trek from Junbesi to last point of trek in Phaplu, where we will enjoy a big dinner. Overnight at Phaplu.
Day 09:Fly to Kathmandu
From Phaplu we catch an early morning flight to Kathmandu after our long mountain journey. If the weather is clear, we will have sweeping of the mountains from the air. After reaching Kathmandu, there is time to rest or do some souvenir shopping. If we want to explore any other areas of Kathmandu, we may do that today. Our guides can help you with both souvenir shopping or sightseeing. There will be a farewell dinner in the evening to celebrate the successful completion of our journey.
Day 10:Final departure
Our trip in Nepal ends today. We Everest Six-Summit will pick you up from hotel and drop to International Airport on time to make your scheduled flight.
